What are the most common questions potential clients ask you before booking a session?

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. I offer secure virtual sessions for psychotherapy throughout Washington and Idaho, so you can connect from the comfort of your own space. Reiki and ritual sessions can also be done virtually or in person in Spokane.

What can I expect in a first session?

Our first session is all about connection and comfort. We’ll discuss what brought you here, your goals, and what approaches feel most supportive for you, whether that’s talk therapy, mindfulness, or energy work. It’s a collaborative space to explore what you need.

Do I have to be spiritual to work with you?

Not at all. While I integrate ritual and energy work for those who are open to it, everything we do is guided by your comfort level. You set the tone; I simply offer tools and perspectives that align with your values and beliefs.

Can we combine Reiki or ritual with therapy?

Yes. Many clients choose integrative sessions that include both therapy and Reiki or intentional ritual. These sessions are designed to support healing on multiple levels, emotional, physical, and energetic.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I can bill insurance for psychotherapy sessions, as well as for integrated sessions that include therapy combined with Reiki, ritual, or both. Reiki- or ritual-only sessions are offered as private-pay services.

How often do we meet?

It depends on your needs. Some clients prefer weekly sessions for consistency, while others meet biweekly or monthly. We’ll decide together what rhythm feels most supportive for your goals and life.

What should I bring or prepare for my first appointment?

Just yourself, as you are. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You’re welcome to bring a notebook, water, or anything that helps you feel grounded. We’ll take it one step at a time.
